Hello all, my name is Crystal Jones, and I am the proud owner of Stay Fit 4 Kids LLC. We provide inspirational, motivational, and conversation-starter merchandise for families. We intend to support a non-profit through scholarships, while building a family business that inspires and empowers everyone to stay fit and healthy.

Our merchandise will feature unique and innovative designs that are not only visually appealing but also promote a healthy and active lifestyle.

This blog is intended to open up the floor for conversations that aren't necessarily easy but are needed. To also give an outlet to other writers/artists that wish to contribute to the conversation. This goes hand in hand with the merchandise we provide, and the reason "WHY" Stay Fit 4 Kids was created.

As a widow and mother of 5 I understand the importance of paying attention to my mental health and those around me. I cannot begin to imagine what your journey is; however, I can remind you that you are not alone. My story will follow in coming posts but for now just know that I am dedicated to advocating for you and your family to live healthy lives TOGETHER!
